Flaker - Grinders
The Risco Flaker allows to cut frozen blocks of products such as meat, butter, fat and other foodproducts efficiently, without damaging the product. The automatic grinders enable meat and other food products to be processed while maintaining product quality after the grinding. The output plate size is available with a 130÷200 mm diameter. Thanks to several knife & plate combinations, it is possible to obtain different types of ground meat products, depending on the user requirements.
