Grinders - Flaker

Risco is offering two series of grinders for processing fresh meat (TR series) or fresh and frozen meat (W series) and one Flaker to cut frozen blocks of meat, butter, fat and other food products. The automatic grinders are available with an output plate size from 130 to 200 mm diameter. Thanks to several knife & plate combinations, it is possible to obtain different types of ground meat products, depending on the user requirements.
