Forming Systems

Risco’s forming systems, including the ATM and TVM, offer versatile solutions for creating a wide variety of food products like burgers, meatballs, dumplings, croquettes and other creative products.  It is possible to produces burgers with round, oval, square shapes, or even special designs as per specific requirements.  The entire production process can be automated, reducing manual labor and increasing competitiveness. Additional modules enable automatic paper feeding underneath classic or home-style burgers or direct placement into trays. The Risco DF systems produce food balls (made from meat, fish, cheese, or potatoes) with precise shapes and optimal portion weight control.
