The RS 601 High-Torque vacuum filler was designed for large food manufacturers, thanks to its maximum performance. Indeed, the RS 601 can handle and fill any kind of stuff, even particularly sticky, very cold and dry products in an excellent way and at elevated pressures (as dry sausages). Besides, this continuous vacuum filler ensures an outstanding filling quality as well as accuracy of portion weight. It is also possible to deal with higher production peaks than the daily standard production thanks to the sturdy steel frame and the wide hopper of 350 litres. The RS 601 vacuum filler is equipped with the Risco LongLife rotor pump that guarantees an exceptional durability of the investment. Through the HMI of the latest generation, the operator can monitor all the filling parameters of RS 601 easily and store up to 100 different programs. Furthermore, this new High-Torque vacuum filler can be used with various Risco accessories.
