ATM 203: the industrial forming system for next-generation steak haché and minced burgers

The Risco ATM 203 forming system is a technologically advanced solution for the industrial production of steak haché and hamburgers made from minced pork, beef, or poultry. As an integral part of the Risco range of forming machines, the ATM 203 ensures high performance, maximum operational versatility, and a superior-quality finished product. Thanks to its advanced design, it enables the production of round or oval steak haché, with adjustable diameter and thickness, meeting the needs of both producers and consumers.

The machine is equipped with multiple forming mechanism and interchangeable molds with diameters ranging from 70 to 120 mm. The forming and pressing system preserves the structure of the meat, resulting in hamburgers with a soft texture and appetizing appearance, highly appreciated by the end consumer.

The ATM 203 is engineered to integrate perfectly with Risco fillers equipped with the RS 71 inline grinder (deboning not available for RS 71). This ensures continuous flow, high production capacity, and a significant reduction in waste.

Thanks to its mobile wheeled structure, the machine can be easily connected and disconnected from the filler, thus simplifying cleaning, maintenance, and reconfiguration of the production line. The former complies with hygiene and sanitary regulations and is designed for simple and safe sanitation. The intuitive control panel includes recipe memory, automatic parameter adjustment, and integrated diagnostics, ensuring optimal process management.
