System for Meatballs and Dumplings
The DFM 250 meatball forming machine is a specialized solution designed for the efficient production of meatballs and dumplings using a diaphragm-based forming system.
Available in both double-outlet configurations (2DF25, 2DF50, 2DF70) and a single-outlet version (1DF100), the DFM 250 adapts easily to different production capacities and processing needs. This industrial meatball forming machine can process a wide variety of mixtures, including traditional meat blends, plant-based formulations, and hybrid products (such as meat–vegetable or meat–potato mixes), making it highly adaptable to modern food production environments.
The meatball forming machine connects directly to a Risco vacuum filling machine, which continuously feeds product into the forming heads. The diaphragm forming system ensures consistent pressure during forming, preventing product deformation. In this system, the balls are formed and portioned alternately, ensuring uniform size and weight. Portion size is easily adjustable, enabling precise control over the diameter and weight of the meatballs.
Once formed, the meatballs are gently cut by integrated blades and smoothly transferred to the conveyor belt for downstream processing. Built for practicality, the system is mounted on a mobile wheeled frame, allowing fast connection and disconnection from the vacuum filler throughout the production day.
The entire system is managed via the Risco control system, ensuring intuitive operation and fast setup.
