A unidade de tor\u00e7\u00e3o garante a m\u00e1xima efici\u00eancia gra\u00e7as ao movimento de libera\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica do funil de embutimento no final da tripa. Esse mecanismo permite o carregamento r\u00e1pido da nova tripa no funil e posterior movimento para posi\u00e7\u00e3o de embutimento. Os gomos de lingui\u00e7a s\u00e3o transportados regularmente para o m\u00f3dulo de corte RS 280 que, gra\u00e7as ao sistema de movimento de esteiras duplas, garante uma separa\u00e7\u00e3o perfeita do produto, com corte central, permitindo a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de por\u00e7\u00f5es id\u00eanticas e precisas e bem fechadas nas extremidades.
