Atrav\u00e9s do inovador sistema de pleno v\u00e1cuo, combinado com o exclusivo sistema de embutimento conc\u00eantrico de palhetas da Risco, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel embutir delicadamente e continuamente qualquer tipo de produto, sejam eles mo\u00eddos ou emulsionados e o produto final ter\u00e1 uma qualidade superior em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos produtos j\u00e1 existentes no mercado. Tal como nas outras embutideiras de pleno v\u00e1cuo da Risco, a RS 614 est\u00e1 equipada com silo para abastecimento por suc\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo que \u00e9 alimentado por carregador vertical. O silo de abastecimento por suc\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo \u00e9 conectado \u00e0 tremonha da embutideira atrav\u00e9s de um tubo com 250mm de di\u00e2metro, um sensor \u00f3tico de n\u00edvel determina a quantidade correta de produto no interior da tremonha. O produto \u00e9 carregado atrav\u00e9s de suc\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo. O processo totalmente automatizado proporciona uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o industrial padronizada de produtos de alta qualidade e uma eficiente produ\u00e7\u00e3o sem
