Parte integrante da gama de m\u00e1quinas formadoras da Risco, a ATM 203 garante elevado desempenho, m\u00e1xima versatilidade operacional e um produto final de qualidade superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gra\u00e7as ao seu design avan\u00e7ado, permite obter <em>steak hach\u00e9<\/em> redondos ou ovais, com dimens\u00f5es ajust\u00e1veis em di\u00e2metro e espessura, para responder \u00e0s necessidades de produtores e consumidores. O modelo est\u00e1 equipado com um mecanismo de moldagem m\u00faltiplo e com moldadores intercambi\u00e1veis de di\u00e2metro entre 70 e 120 mm. O sistema de moldagem e prensagem preserva a estrutura da carne, obtendo um hamb\u00farguer de consist\u00eancia macia e aspeto apetitoso, muito apreciado pelo consumidor final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ATM 203 foi projetada para integrar-se perfeitamente com as embutideiras porcionadoras a v\u00e1cuo Risco equipadas com moedor em linha RS 71 (desnervador n\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel para o RS 71). Isto garante um fluxo cont\u00ednuo, alta capacidade produtiva e uma significativa redu\u00e7\u00e3o de desperd\u00edcios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 estrutura m\u00f3vel sobre rodas, a m\u00e1quina pode ser facilmente conectada e desconectada da embutideira, simplificando as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de limpeza, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e reconfigura\u00e7\u00e3o da linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.
