Il modello RS 261 \u00e8 caratterizzato da un sistema integrato di attorcigliatura ed \u00e8 abbinabile a tutte le insaccatrici Risco con servocomando. L&#8217;implementazione di una doppia testata di attorcigliatura permette un notevole incremento della produzione e la riduzione di tempi di inutilizzo. Mentre il primo conetto \u00e8 in lavoro, l&#8217;operatore prepara il secondo conetto di insacco in stand-by, senza interrompere il ciclo produttivo. Una coppia di nastri verticali regolabili permette di calibrare la lunghezza e assistere durante la fase di insacco del prodotto. Successivamente il prodotto viene convogliato nell&#8217;unit\u00e0 di taglio RS 280 che utilizza una lama rotante servoassistita, la quale separa le porzioni singolarmente o a file di due o pi\u00f9 salsicce.
