L\u2019unit\u00e0 di attorcigliatura garantisce massima efficienza grazie al movimento di sgancio automatico del tubo di insacco alla fine del budello. Questo meccanismo permette il carico veloce del nuovo stick sul tubo, e il suo successivo movimento in posizione di insacco. La fila di salsicce viene quindi trasportata in modo regolare al modulo di taglio RS 280 che, grazie al sistema di movimento a doppi nastri, garantisce una separazione netta del prodotto, con taglio centrale dell\u2019attorcigliatura, lasciando identiche e precise porzioni ben chiuse alle estremit\u00e0.
