RS 23 est la nouvelle ficeleuse \u00e9lectronique Risco, con\u00e7ue pour fonctionner en ligne avec les poussoirs Risco, pour le ficelage des saucisses fra\u00eeches. Silencieuse, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son moteur \u00e9lectrique, elle est adapt\u00e9e aux traitements avec des boyaux naturels. Le ficelage du produit, qui est tr\u00e8s similaire au ficelage \u00e0 la main, est une proc\u00e9dure qui s’effectue d\u00e9licatement afin d’\u00e9viter d’endommager le produit.\u00a0 La RS 23 est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d’un automate \u00e0 32 programmes pour la gestion des param\u00e8tres de production. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce mod\u00e8le innovant, l’op\u00e9rateur peut non seulement r\u00e9gler la longueur des pi\u00e8ces, mais \u00e9galement programmer le nombre de tours de ligature et l’espace entre les portions.
