L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de torsion garantit une efficacit\u00e9 maximale gr\u00e2ce au mouvement de d\u00e9crochage automatique du tube de poussage \u00e0 la fin du boyau. Ce m\u00e9canisme permet le chargement rapide du nouveau stick sur le tube, et le placement en position de poussage. La rang\u00e9e de saucisses est ensuite transport\u00e9e d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re au module de coupe RS 280 qui, gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me de mouvement \u00e0 doubles rubans, assure une s\u00e9paration nette du produit, avec une coupe centrale de la torsion, en cr\u00e9ant des portions identiques et pr\u00e9cises, bien scell\u00e9es aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s.
