Ce mod\u00e8le est id\u00e9al pour l&#8217;embossage de muscles entiers d&rsquo;un poids individuel de plus de 500 grammes. Les morceaux sont d\u00e9licatement pouss\u00e9s en maintenant leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 naturelle. La tr\u00e9mie sous-vide est connect\u00e9e au r\u00e9servoir au sol par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;un tube de 200 mm de diam\u00e8tre pour une plus grande productivit\u00e9. Le chargement et l&#8217;embossage ont chacun un circuit de vide ind\u00e9pendant ce qui augmente la flexibilit\u00e9. Ce nouveasu mod\u00e8le est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par le syst\u00e8me concentrique de poussage Risco, un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alimentation pr\u00e9cise et continue contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par un servomoteur Risco de nouvelle technologie. Ceci r\u00e9sulte en un produit final de premi\u00e8re classe, compact, homog\u00e8ne et sans air r\u00e9siduel. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la flexibilit\u00e9 de son logiciel et de sa conception avant gardiste, le poussoir RS 650 peut \u00eatre facilement connect\u00e9 et synchronis\u00e9 avec des clippeuses automatiques et guillotines (t\u00eate simple ou multiple) pour le remplissage de contenants divers ou direcrement sur des machines de thermoformage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Caract\u00e9ristiques
