Faisant partie int\u00e9grante de la gamme de machines de formage Risco, l\u2019ATM 203 assure des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es, une polyvalence op\u00e9rationnelle maximale et un produit fini de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son design avanc\u00e9, elle permet d\u2019obtenir des steaks hach\u00e9s ronds ou ovales, avec des dimensions r\u00e9glables en diam\u00e8tre et en \u00e9paisseur, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des producteurs et des consommateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme de formage multiple et de m\u00e2choires<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>interchangeables de diam\u00e8tre allant de 70 \u00e0 120 mm. Le syst\u00e8me de formage et de pression pressage pr\u00e9serve la structure de la viande, obtenant un hamburger \u00e0 la texture moelleuse et \u00e0 l\u2019aspect app\u00e9tissant, tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par le consommateur final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ATM 203 est con\u00e7ue pour s\u2019int\u00e9grer parfaitement aux poussoirs Risco \u00e9quip\u00e9s de la t\u00eate de hachage du broyeur en ligne RS 71 (le d\u00e9sossage n\u2019est pas disponible pour le RS 71). Cela garantit un flux continu, une capacit\u00e9 de production \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une r\u00e9duction significative des d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa structure mobile sur roues, la machine peut \u00eatre facilement connect\u00e9e et d\u00e9connect\u00e9e du poussoir, simplifiant les op\u00e9rations de nettoyage, de maintenance et de reconfiguration de la ligne de production. La formeuse est conforme aux normes hygi\u00e9niques et sanitaires et con\u00e7ue pour un nettoyage simple et s\u00fbr.
