El resultado es un producto triturado de excelente textura y destinado a la alta cocina o al consumidor m\u00e1s exigente.<\/p>\n<p>Una moderna embutidora Risco, coraz\u00f3n palpitante de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n, alimenta un cabezal triturador de 220 mm de di\u00e1metro con rotaci\u00f3n variable, especialmente dise\u00f1ado para realizar un corte limpio, sin comprimir la estructura de la carne. Los diferentes tipos de planchas disponibles permiten una elecci\u00f3n flexible y un producto personalizado en los formatos.<\/p>\n<p>El rico equipamiento de la porcionadora RS 918 tambi\u00e9n incluye el dispensador que libera papel encerado y una segunda cinta para separar las porciones en el momento del corte. Para completar el ciclo de producci\u00f3n, la l\u00ednea se puede completar y combinar con m\u00e1s automatizaciones para desapilar, cargar o sellar las bandejas o con unidades de inspecci\u00f3n
