La unidad puede ser conectada y sincronizada con los sistemas de retorcido de nueva generaci\u00f3n Risco o bien puede funcionar de modo independiente para la producci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1as variedades o para salchichas cocidas. El modelo RS 280 est\u00e1 dotado de servo motor y dos cintas de alimentaci\u00f3n con velocidad regulable para guiar y expulsar las salchichas durante el corte. Una cuchilla afilada de tres aspas corta el producto de modo preciso y eficaz a 1200 cortes \/ minuto. La inspecci\u00f3n lateral sobre la zona cuchilla permite un r\u00e1pido acceso para las operaciones de control, limpieza y mantenimiento.
