La instalaci\u00f3n del efectivo y constante doble vac\u00edo asegura la extracci\u00f3n total del aire y el llenado \u00f3ptimo de las cavidades del sistema de embutici\u00f3n cuyo resultado es un producto final de calidad superior, muy compacto y con un aspecto apetecible al corte. La embutidora Risco RS 615 es extremamente precisa en el control exacto del peso de las porciones y esto, junto con el preciso proceso de embutici\u00f3n continuo y autom\u00e1tico, permite que se adapte perfectamente a los rigurosos procesos de producci\u00f3n requeridos por la gran industria. La RS 615 puede estar perfectamente sincronizada a m\u00e1quinas clipadoras autom\u00e1ticas de nueva generaci\u00f3n o bien conectada a sistemas de dosificaci\u00f3n de un solo cabezal (RS 117) o
