Este modelo es ideal para embutici\u00f3n de los m\u00fasculos enteros de grandes dimensiones, con peso individual de m\u00e1s de 500 gramos. Las piezas son suavemente embutidas, manteniendo en este modo su entereza original. La conexi\u00f3n de la tolva al vac\u00edo, a trav\u00e9s de un tubo ancho de 200 mm, con dep\u00f3sito en el suelo, completa la automatizaci\u00f3n total de la RS 650, lo que permite una excelente productividad. Durante la fase de carga del producto, que es por aspiraci\u00f3n, y durante la operaci\u00f3n de embutici\u00f3n, est\u00e1n en acci\u00f3n dos circuitos independientes de vac\u00edo; el sistema de embutici\u00f3n conc\u00e9ntrico de paletas Risco, la alimentaci\u00f3n precisa y continua y el servo control con la nueva tecnolog\u00eda Risco completan este extraordinario modelo. El resultado es un producto embutido de primera clase, uniforme, compacto, y sin ning\u00fan residuo de aire. Gracias a la flexibilidad mec\u00e1nica y el software del modelo RS 650, puede ser f\u00e1cilmente conectada y operar en sincronismo con r\u00e1pidas m\u00e1quinas clipadoras y con guillotinas de uno
