El Flaker est\u00e1 construido \u00edntegramente en acero inoxidable y el cilindro est\u00e1 equipado con cuchillas desmontables, de acero templado, que garanticen el corte perfecto, sin da\u00f1ar el producto. La m\u00e1quina est\u00e1 equipada con un motor de alta potencia lo cual garantiza un corte efectivo del producto congelado hasta su reducci\u00f3n total a hojuelas.
