El modelo RS 261 se caracteriza por un sistema integrado de torsi\u00f3n y se puede combinar con todas las embutidoras Risco electr\u00f3nicas. La incorporaci\u00f3n de un cabezal doble de torsi\u00f3n permite un aumento importante de la producci\u00f3n y la reducci\u00f3n de los tiempos de paro. Mientras el primer embudo est\u00e1 trabajando, el operario prepara el segundo embudo en stand-by, sin interrumpir el ciclo de producci\u00f3n. Dos cintas verticales regulables permiten calibrar la longitud y acompa\u00f1ar durante la fase de embutici\u00f3n del producto. Despu\u00e9s el producto entra en la unidad de corte RS 280 que utiliza una servocuchilla rotatoria, que separa las porciones individualmente o en grupos de dos o m\u00e1s salchichas.
