La unidad de retorcido garantiza la m\u00e1xima eficiencia gracias al movimiento de desenganche autom\u00e1tico del embudo al final de la tripa. Este mecanismo permite la carga r\u00e1pida del nuevo stick en el tubo, y su posterior movimiento en posici\u00f3n de embutici\u00f3n. Seguidamente, la fila de salchichas es transportada de forma regular al m\u00f3dulo de corte RS 280 que, gracias al sistema de movimiento de doble cinta, garantiza una separaci\u00f3n clara del producto, con corte central del retorcido, dejando porciones id\u00e9nticas y precisas bien cerradas por las puntas.
