Silenciosa, gracias a su motor el\u00e9ctrico, es adecuada para procesar tripas naturales. El atado del producto, muy similar al atado a mano, es un procedimiento que se realiza con suavidad para evitar da\u00f1ar el producto.\u00a0 La RS 23 est\u00e1 equipada con un PLC de 32 programas para gestionar los par\u00e1metros de producci\u00f3n. El operario, gracias a este innovador modelo, no s\u00f3lo puede ajustar la longitud de las piezas, sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene la posibilidad de programar el n\u00famero de vueltas de atado y el espacio entre las porciones.
