Parte integrante de la gama Risco de m\u00e1quinas formadoras, la ATM 203 garantiza un rendimiento elevado, m\u00e1xima versatilidad operativa y un producto final de calidad superior. Gracias a su dise\u00f1o avanzado, permite obtener steak hach\u00e9 redondos u ovalados, con dimensiones regulables en di\u00e1metro y grosor, para responder a las necesidades de productores y consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El modelo est\u00e1 equipado con un mecanismo de formado m\u00faltiple y con salidas intercambiables con di\u00e1metro de 70 a 120 mm. El sistema de formado y prensado preserva la estructura de la carne, obteniendo una hamburguesa de textura suave y aspecto apetitoso, muy apreciada por el consumidor final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ATM 203 est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para integrarse perfectamente con las embutidoras Risco dotadas de cabezal picador modelo RS 71 (el sistema de deshuese no est\u00e1 disponible para el RS 71). Esto garantiza un flujo continuo, una alta capacidad productiva y una reducci\u00f3n significativa de los desperdicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a la estructura m\u00f3vil con ruedas, la m\u00e1quina puede conectarse y desconectarse f\u00e1cilmente de la embutidora, simplificando las operaciones de limpieza, mantenimiento y reconfiguraci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n. La formadora cumple con las normativas higi\u00e9nico-sanitarias y est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para una limpieza sencilla y segura.
