High precision and advanced portioning system intended for the large industries<\/h3>\n

Risco RS 401 continuous vacuum filler allows a precise portioning of viscous and particularly dry meat products. This vacuum filler is intended for the large industries which need to portion highly viscous food products at high speed. The Risco \u201cLong Life\u201d filling system with lowered chambers improves the meat extrusion process enabling the complete control of the product from the filler to the connected accessory be it an automatic twister, namely a system intended for the production of sausage twisted at high speed, or a depositing system at one or more outputs.
\nThe sturdy steel frame and the wide hopper 350 litres capacity allows to deal with production peaks even higher than the daily standard production.
\nThe RS 401 engine creates a power higher than the standard enabling the process of any kind of product.<\/p>\n
