Risco electronic tying machine for fresh sausages<\/h3>\n

RS 23 is the new electronic tying machine for fresh sausages. It was designed to work in line with Risco vacuum fillers. RS 23, which is silent thanks to its electric motor, is particularly suited for processing natural casings. The tying of this innovative model is very delicate and similar to the handmade one. Thus, this gentle process prevents damages to the final product. The integrated PLC with 32 programs of this tying machine controls the working parameters. Thanks to it, the operator can adjust the length of the pieces, program the number of pieces per line, the number of tying revolutions, and the space between the portions. Moreover, a microprocessor and full colour 7″ touch screen panel with impact-resistant screen protection complete this tying machine.<\/p>\n
