The unique Mortadella vacuum filler<\/h3>\n

The new electronic filler for mortadella and fine emulsion products RS 200 M model is a combination of Risco’s expertise in the process and the ultimate technology over the feeding, vacuum, precision control and general ergonomics. The filler incorporates a feeding worm and a double vacuum system. The latter works in both worm feeding area and the meat pump area to give an air free product for better presentation when sliced. During the filling operation all cubed fat pieces are uniformly distributed through the product.\u00a0 Moreover a dividable hopper facilitates the cleaning operations and the disassembling of the feeding parts of the product. The RS 200 M features the new Risco HMI which controls the operating functions, allowing the user to check the filling operation quickly and simply.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
