The filler with constant pressure feeding system<\/h3>\n

The Risco RS 505 CP vacuum filler is the suitable machine for the large industry. It provides a constant and controlled feeding, which is required when you need to feed other systems, such as linker lines for production of sausages, hot dogs and frankfurters. The filler controls electronically the flow of the product and the control system maintains the same pressure at a constant and precise level. The large filling pump ensures a continuous output, with no interruption, so as to reduce at minimum the stress of the machine. The model RS 505 CP has a special software for monitoring of all stuffing parameters, including the filling pressure. The filler can be easily integrated in the existing production process and it can be supplied, upon request, of a larger hopper with volume up to 1500 liters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
