The concentric filling pump, with vertically moving vanes, ensures a gentle and uniform process of every meat mass, whether it is emulsified, ground or particularly dry. The automatic system for loading 100-litre carts and the ample hopper volume of 165-litre allow to reduce the product loading time. As a result, there is a good economic benefit for the manufacturer. From Risco icon control panel you can easily program all the operating parameters, with the possibility of storing up to 100 programs.
