Das Modell RS 261 hat ein integriertes Zusammendrehsystem und ist mit allen servogesteuerten Risco Einf\u00fcllmaschinen kombinierbar. Die Implementierung eines Doppel-Zusammendrehkopfs erm\u00f6glicht eine betr\u00e4chtliche Steigerung der Produktivit\u00e4t und die Reduzierung der Inaktivit\u00e4tszeiten. W\u00e4hrend der erste Einf\u00fcllkegel arbeitet, bereitet der Bediener den zweiten Kegel in Standby vor, ohne den Herstellungszyklus zu unterbrechen. Ein Paar einstellbarer vertikaler B\u00e4nder erm\u00f6glicht die Kalibrierung der L\u00e4nge und unterst\u00fctzt beim Einf\u00fcllen des Produkts. Danach wird das Produkt in die RS 280 Schneideeinheit geleitet, die ein servounterst\u00fctztes Rundmesser verwendet, das die einzelnen bzw. zwei- oder mehrreihigen Wurstportionen trennt.
