Dank automatischer Ausklinkbewegung des F\u00fcllschlauches am Ende des Darmes gew\u00e4hrleistet die Abdreheinheit maximale Effizienz. Dieser Mechanismus gestattet das schnelle Laden des neuen Sticks auf den Schlauch und die nachfolgende Verschiebung in F\u00fcllposition. Die Wurstreihe wird regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zum Schneidemodul transportiert, welches dank Doppelbandsystem eine saubere Trennung des Produktes gew\u00e4hrleistet, indem die Abdrehung mit einem zentralem Schnitt getrennt und identische, exakte und an den Enden gut verschlossene Portionen geformt werden.
