Das Modell RS 650 ist der industrielle Vakuumf\u00fcller mit Vollvakuum, der spezifisch f\u00fcr die Herstellung von hochwertigem Kochschinken ausgelegt ist. Dieses Modell ist ideal f\u00fcr das Einf\u00fcllen von gr\u00f6\u00dferen Ganzmuskeln, die einzeln mehr als 500 Gramm wiegen. Die St\u00fccke werden schonend eingef\u00fcllt und bleiben dabei ganz. Die Verbindung zwischen Vakuumtrichter und Bodentrichter \u00fcber eine gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig bemessene 200-mm-Leitung macht die vollst\u00e4ndige Automatisierung der RS 650 mit au\u00dferordentlich hohen Produktivit\u00e4tswerten vollkommen. W\u00e4hrend der nach dem Unterdruckprinzip erfolgenden Br\u00e4tbeschickung und w\u00e4hrend des F\u00fcllvorgangs kommen zwei unabh\u00e4ngige Vakuumkreisl\u00e4ufe zum Einsatz. Riscos konzentrisches Fl\u00fcgelbl\u00e4tter-F\u00f6rderwerk, die pr\u00e4zise, durchg\u00e4ngige Beschickung und die Servosteuerung mit neuer Risco-Technologie setzen diesem einzigartigen Modell die Krone auf. Das Resultat ist ein erstklassiges F\u00fcllgut, kompakt, gleichf\u00f6rmig und ohne jede Restluft. Dank der flexiblen Mechanik und Software l\u00e4sst sich das Modell RS 650 – f\u00fcr die Herstellung in Formen oder direkt in der Thermoformeinheit – m\u00fchelos mit schnellen Automatik-Klippern und ein- oder zweik\u00f6pfigen Guillotinen koppeln und takten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
