Metaldetector

Thanks to the metal detector positioned on the Risco twister it is possible to detect possible presence of metal during the production of all twisted sausages being produced with the automatic “twistlinker” such as sausages, hot dogs, wurstel and much more. The system is positioned between the outlet of the vacuum filler and the automatic twister by means of a fast connection system. The metal detector grants an effective and safe metal detection to ensure a totally safe production.
