The RS 503 continuous vacuum filler incorporates the advanced grinding system of the RS 70 in-line grinder. Designed and constructed to perform large production volumes, the RS 503 model – associated with the advanced grinding system – ensures a better consistency and uniformity of the end product and a higher total output. Fitted with a suitable motor drive, the RS 503 model is characterized by the improved feeding system of the Risco LongLife filling pump which guarantees a continuous, constant and perfect filling of the spaces inside vane pump. The Risco filler with RS 70 in-line grinder is controlled by the latest multifunction computer that allows to monitor all the filling parameters in a quick and simple way. The RS 503 filler has a large hopper (350 liter capacity) to load 200 lt. carts.
