The full vacuum ham filler

Model RS 2005V is the ideal filler to fill ham and large pieces of meat. The RS 2005 V has a vacuumed hopper with a capacity of 400-litres and it can be connected, via a 200 mm diameter suction pipe, to a large floor reservoir. During the loading phase and during the filling operation, the hopper is always under vacuum to guarantee an air-free product which gives a more compact and denser ham product, improving the product appearance and shelf life. The reliable Risco filling system of the Risco ham filler has a volume in the chamber of 2.5 Kg, suitable to fill whole muscle. The result is a high quality final product which maintains compactness and colour. The Risco ham vacuum filler can be easily synchronized with a guillotine, single or double head, for filling into moulds or thermoforming machines. The RS2005V can also be synchronized with all clipping machines. A casing holder system offers a solution for filling large caliber casings and the brake ring gives a uniform tension to the casing helping to compact the product and facilitate the work of the operator.
