High-speed system for the production of food toppings
The automatic system for producing food toppings consists of a simple mechanism that allows you to produce up to 50.000 pieces per hour of balls of meat or other food type. The topping unit is pneumatically controlled and it is easily connected to the vacuum filler; a rotation system ensures a continuous high-speed and regular division of the portions (such as pizza toppings). The compact system is constructed entirely of steel and plastic suitable for the food industry, the simple construction, smooth surfaces and corrosion-resistant materials ensure a durable product. The system requires no maintenance, is it resistant to water and steam and it can be easily cleaned at the end of production.
