TVM 400 Triple head forming system

The TVM 400 system is dedicated the industrial production of burgers. It is equipped with a forming head with three plates and it provides a maximum output of 135 burgers per minute of any shape and size (max. diam. 115 mm - max. thickness 30 mm). The system, controlled by servo motors, may also be supplied with a dual-forming station, to further increase the output per hour. The product conveyor belt can be easily connected to the existing production system, assisted by operators for the packaging of the product or connected directly to for additional processes such as ovens, freezers or other.
