The progressive Frontal Linker System RS 273 was developed for completely automated, high speed production of sausages in collagen, cellulose or natural casings. The system produces top quality cooked, dry or fresh sausages with perfect portions and length control. The Risco filler of the advanced series fills the belt system of the RS 273 through its twisting device. All the components of the line are synchronized, the belt system conveys the sausages to the exit in a precise way, thus ensuring equal length and increasing the final production thanks to a completely automated process.
